18-19 September 2025, Shanghai Golden Ripples organized a delegation from Russian CyberSteel Company to visit China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) for technical exchanges and cooperation discussions. The visit aimed to promote in-depth collaboration between China and Russia in the nuclear power sector and explore potential cooperation models and development opportunities.

Established in 1958, CyberSteel Company is a long-term supplier to the Russian government and major projects, with extensive experience in nuclear power projects, including participation in the construction of China’s Tianwan and Xudabao Nuclear Power Plants. The delegation was led by CyberSteel’s General Manager Veriki S.I., accompanied by heads of technical and international business departments, as well as Shanghai Golden Ripples Chairman Shao Hong.
