Recently, Shanghai Golden Ripples organized and accompanied a delegation from the Haimen municipal government in Jiangsu Province on an in-depth inspection and business tour to a renowned Russian seamless steel tube manufacturer. The visit aimed to conduct an on-site assessment of the Russian company’s advanced production technology and capabilities and to engage in detailed discussions regarding the implementation plan for the Russian enterprise’s investment and factory establishment in Haimen. This signifies that the project has entered a substantive advancement phase.
访问期间，代表团全面参观了俄方的现代化生产工厂、研发中心及质量控制实验室，深入了解了其在特种不锈钢及高性能合金无缝钢管领域的尖端技术、严谨工艺和卓越品质。在随后举行的专题讨论会上，双方基于海门市政府此前为该项目量身定制、涵盖土地、税收、人才及产业政策等全方位优惠措施的详细落地方案，展开了富有成效的会谈。俄方对海门优越的营商环境和政府的鼎力支持表达了高度认可，并就工厂建设规划、本地化运营等具体细节与中方深入交换了意见。
During the visit, the delegation comprehensively toured the Russian company’s modern production facilities, R&D center, and quality control laboratories, gaining deep insights into its cutting-edge technology, meticulous processes, and exceptional quality in the fields of specialty stainless steel and high-performance alloy seamless tubes. In a subsequent thematic meeting, both parties held productive talks based on the detailed implementation plan previously tailored by the Haimen government, which encompasses comprehensive preferential measures including land, taxation, talent, and industrial policies. The Russian side expressed high appreciation for Haimen’s superior business environment and the government’s strong support, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the Chinese side regarding specific details such as factory construction planning and localized operations.
